Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to premium subscriptions for Sharecocktail, operated by Sharecocktail.
1. Refund Window
First-time subscription payment: you may request a refund within 14 days of the successful first charge.
Renewal payments: you may request a refund within 48 hours of each successful renewal charge.
2. Eligibility and Review
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may deny requests in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated refund misuse, or clear violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact admin@sharecocktail.com and include:
- account email
- transaction ID (or invoice/order reference)
- short reason for the request
4. Processing
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
6. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record/payment provider. In some cases, refund execution timing may depend on Lemon Squeezy and your payment method.
